El día martes 17 de noviembre de 2020, a partir de las 09:00 horas, se practicará el escrutinio público de las cédulas electorales relativas a la pregunta “¿Quiere usted una Nueva Constitución?” y a la pregunta “¿Qué tipo de órgano debiera redactar la Nueva Constitución?”.
