El día 9 de noviembre de 2021, por invitación de la Comisión de Sistema de Justicia, Órganos Autónomos de Control y Reforma Constitucional, el Ministro Vocero, don Jorge Dahm Oyarzún y la señora Secretaria Relatora, doña Carmen Gloria Valladares Moyano, asistieron para exponer ante ésta temas relativos a la Justicia Electoral.

Al término de su exposición, los convencionales constituyentes formularon consultas sobre diversos tópicos de la exposición.
